Workforce LMS ("we", "our", or "us") provides employee attendance, leave management, and workforce communication features for authorized organizations and their employees. - Account details such as name, email, employee ID, department, and designation.
- Attendance records such as clock-in, clock-out, break timestamps, overtime, and short hours.
- Precise location during attendance verification actions.
- Photos used for selfie attendance or profile updates where enabled.
- Device information such as trusted device ID and device name for security monitoring.
- Leave request details including dates, type, reason, and admin comments.
- Push notification token and in-app notification history.
3. How We Use Information
- Authenticate users and manage employee/admin accounts.
- Record attendance, leave requests, approvals, and workforce activity.
- Verify workplace presence using GPS-based geofencing.
- Verify attendance using selfie or QR workflows where configured.
- Detect suspicious attendance behavior such as device changes.
- Send push notifications and in-app alerts.
- Generate attendance and leave reports for authorized administrators.
4. Camera and Location Use
Camera is used only when required for attendance selfies, office QR scanning, or profile photo updates.
Location is used only during attendance-related actions such as clock-in, clock-out, break start, and break end to verify that the employee is within the permitted workplace area.
5. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell personal data. We may share data only:
- with the user’s employer or authorized administrators,
- with infrastructure providers used to operate the service,
- when required by law or to protect service security and integrity.
6. Data Retention
We retain attendance, leave, notification, and security records only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, auditing, legal compliance, and employer administration.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access controls, restricted admin access, and encrypted network transmission where supported.
